Printing software can be downloaded from the official Kyocera website. Installation is a breeze but requires some technical knowledge. Choose your operating system and download KX V4 driver (PCL 6/XL and XPS) (certified and signed by Microsoft), KX driver (certified and signed by Microsoft) for the European market or Classic Universal Driver KPDL / PCL5e/c / PCL6 (certified and signed by Microsoft).
The scanner can be installed through the twain driver or through scan to folder [SMB]. kyocera taskalfa 300i photocopier also supports scan to email for even easier document management.
